Common Issues & Solutions ​

AI Website Generation ​

Problem: Content looks thin or generic

  • Run Content Enhancement (Edit Website > Update button)
  • Enable OpenAI enhancement for readability
  • Expected improvement: up to 200% traffic boost

Problem: Duplicate content across PBN sites

  • AI automatically prevents duplicates across similar PBN campaigns
  • If duplicates appear, regenerate the affected site from a fresh campaign

Problem: Legacy or Quick AI option missing

  • These types have been deprecated/sunset
  • Legacy Super Sites/Plans remain available
  • Use SuperSite, SEO Optimized, or Clustered Keywords instead

Internal Linking ​

Problem: SuperPost not generating

  • Requires OpenAI integration enabled
  • Verify your OpenAI API key is configured
  • Site must have multiple existing posts to interlink

Problem: Internal links not showing

  • Check that you ran the Internal Link Generator
  • Links are applied to the live site, not just the editor
  • Refresh the page and check actual rendered output

CTR Campaigns ​

Problem: Budget exceeded expectations

  • Enable Budget Limit feature
  • Campaign auto-pauses at estimated budget
  • Set during creation or modify existing campaign

Problem: Rankings dropped after campaign

  • Add Brand Keyword refinement to re-associate URL with keyword
  • Check if algorithm update occurred (not campaign-related)
  • Increase campaign budget gradually

GMB Tools ​

Problem: No expired domains found

  • Try different business types
  • Expand to adjacent cities/states
  • Not all locations have expired business domains

Problem: UX signals not improving rankings

  • Allow 48-72 hours for signals to take effect
  • Verify keywords match customer search behavior
  • Increase campaign scope (more keywords, longer duration)

WordPress Integration ​

Problem: Plugin not connecting

  • Verify CTRify account credentials
  • Check WordPress is running latest version
  • Ensure no firewall blocking CTRify API calls

Problem: SuperPlan not publishing

  • Check WordPress write permissions
  • Verify sufficient server resources (1000+ word articles need processing time)
  • Check for conflicting plugins

Problem: Want to remove community links

  • Go to Site Settings > scroll to bottom
  • Click "Delete Community Initial Boost Backlinks"
  • Can also disable all incoming links

Problem: DR not increasing

  • Community backlinks target DR 30-40 average
  • Allow time for indexation (10X crawl speed, but still takes days)
  • Check links are active and not removed

AI Detection FAQ ​

Q: Will my content be detected as AI?

  • CTRify Legacy sites: Not detectable by current AI detection tools
  • GPT-3.5 enhancement: Improves readability without detection traces
  • Google's position: Useful AI content is acceptable

Q: What about GPT-3/4/ChatGPT content?

  • Detectable with ~99% certainty
  • Test tool: huggingface.co/openai-detector
  • CTRify's Legacy generation uses different methods that avoid detection

Account & Security ​

Problem: Need to limit VA access

  • Set up VA Password in User Profile page
  • VA cannot view invoices, personal data, or modify account
  • Work functions only
