External Links & PBN Management SOP ​

Step 1: Access Manager ​

  1. Navigate to External Links Manager in CTRify dashboard
  2. Select the AI website you want to add links from
  1. Enter your anchor text for the backlink
  2. AI automatically finds the optimal article on your site
  3. Maximum 1 backlink per post enforced
  • If suitable posts exist, link is placed automatically
  • If no suitable post found, AI auto-generates a new post
  • Link is applied to the live site

Limit

Maximum 1 backlink per post. This keeps your AI sites looking natural and avoids over-optimization.

Step 1: Access PBN Manager ​

  1. Navigate to PBN InterLinks Manager
  1. Click to select source domain (where link comes from)
  2. Click to select target domain (where link points to)
  3. Enter your desired anchor texts

Step 3: Execute ​

  1. AI handles the remaining execution
  2. Links are placed contextually within existing or new content
  3. Anchor texts are distributed naturally

Step 1: Access Import ​

  1. Navigate to External Links Manager
  2. Click Import Manual Backlinks button

Step 2: Import ​

  1. Enter the manually-created link details
  2. Links are imported into the centralized manager
  3. Links no longer display in blog post text editor

Step 3: Benefits ​

  • Links applied to live site through separate process
  • Enables site-wide text modifications without link loss
  • All links managed from one central location
